Jane and I can’t wait until Kristen and Brendon’s multi-day wedding events at The Greenbrier this June. One full day will be devoted to a traditional Christian ceremony and reception, while the next day will be focused on all the aspects of a traditional Indian wedding, including the mehndi, barat, ceremony, and evening reception. I am already inspired creatively just thinking about it and have always enjoyed photographing both types of events. I was so happy to have a chance to meet with them in person on their recent visit to The Greenbrier, and we were able to capture a few engagement images. I wanted to share a selection of those here. I have to say that Kristen and Brendon were lots of fun to be around and I loved their excitement for one another and for the entire photo shoot. You guys are awesome!

My January trip to Utah was a great adventure. I just love being out in the remote deserts of Utah. Winter seems to be a really good time to go. For one, you don’t have anyone else out there, which is a huge asset. Second, it’s not hot. Capital Reef was the fist stop this year. Actually, it turned out to be the only stop since Capital Reef has so much to offer. Three days here did not even scratch the surface to the beauty found in this national park. Here’s my take on some of the beauty that I encountered during my time there.
